Cobalt surround with a border of trailing oak leaves. Brown rim with green ties where the leaves hang down onto the plate. Mottled green, brown and ochre reverse with three stilt marks. Impressed maker''s marks ''WEDGWOOD'' three letter date cipher ''COV'' for 1867 inside the foot. Generally good. No hairlines. Small flake to rim. Some wear to front and reverse.
