18TH Century or earlier Solid Pewter Salt Bowl supported with very nice feet resembling a paw. This is definetly old. I guarantee that. Recently came out of an old estate in Newburyport, Massachusetts. This salt measures 3" in diameter and 1 1/3" in height. Beautiful moulded piece with feet that are just fabulous. I am not that knowledgeable on pewter as I always have admired. I am a dealer in chinese export porcelain and having exhibited at many shows I was always intrigued with pewter. This piece is guaranteed 100% or money back with no questions asked. Because of lighting the last three images look like brass but the salt is the color of the first image, Definetly Pewter. « Less

Circa 1925 S. KIRK & SON, INC. Sterling Open Salt with matching spoon. This wonderful Kirk Sterling Open Salt with matching spoon is in the Baltimore Rose repousse pattern. Kirk was founded in 1815 and Baltimore was very well known for it's silversmiths. Scofield and Stieff were also of Baltimore and Stieff bought out Kirk in 1979. This fine repousse salt and mtching spoon are in Excellent Condition. The item # on the cellar is 2 and it also says Hand Decorated. The condition is Excellent with the cellar having a 1 pin dot ding, very tiny and only has normal light polishing scratches. The salt cellar is 2" in diameter and almost 1 4/10" tall. The matching spoon is 3 1/16ths" long. « Less

Circa 1780-1800 Chinese Export Mandarin Palette Soup Tureen Undertray,ONLY. This platter I believe was the underplate for a Soup Tureen. This is a Fantastic Good Quality piece of 18TH Century Chinese Export Porcelain. Rarely do you see this color combination in the mandarin palette. It is more subdued than the bright and intense colors of pinks, yellow,and blue. Those intense colors that I am referring to are probably made for the french market and this pattern was probably made for the English Marker. Nice scenes with people in garden and courtyard setting with a pagoda building and a river with hills in the background with houses and boats with pagodas. « Less

Fine Reproduction of a Orange Fitzhugh Eagle Porcelain Punch Bowl measuring 10 1/8" in diameter amd 4 1/2" in height. Circa Early 20th century. Round with steeply curving sides,the foot ring measures 1/2" X 4 1/2". The famous Fitzhugh Pattern in Orange with Sepia pattern, puce ribbon and white ground shield with initials BSP. The eagle is known as the Type VI and the monogram copies that on a original Fitzhugh Service with those initials of a unknown owner. A plate from this original service is shown in "Schiffer's CHINA FOR AMERICA" 1980. The photo credit states "Courtesy": The White House, lent by the Honorable Peter Ferlingheusen, Jr, Excellent Condition. Fine Tap Rim. No Damage of any knd. Very light wear.
