Antique 5-Piece Enamel Vanity Set C. 1900 Hallmarked. Made in Germany. Consists of 3 lidded pot and 2 bottles with enamel screw tops. Includes the two screw-top dispensers as well! Exquisite burgundy enamel. 3-inch diameters on the round tops. 2 pots are 1 3/4 inches high, one is 1 1/4 inches high. The bottles are 3 inches high, 3 1/4 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep. Circa 1940. Bright red, all original, Mid-Century Modern, working cigarette machine. This very collectable vending machine is a prime example of a vending machine from the heyday of vending machines, with eye catching color and stylish graphics. It is in all original, "as found" working condition. The last time this machine was in use, cigarettes were 30 cents a pack This particular machine was manufactured so that it could be used in two distinct ways, first as pictured with the actual machine as the top section and additional storage in the base, and secondly, without the base, as a wall vending machine. It is in over all good condition, with some rings in the paint on the top surface. It is in all original red paint with the word "Cigarettes" in raised white letters with the manufacturer's name "Du Grenier" and Haverhill Mass. included in the graphic. The lock is intact but we do not have a key. The base can also be leveled via the adjustable feet. 54 1/4" tall x 18 3/4" wide x 10" deep. Price 795.00   « Less

Circa 1898. Rare Russian, double sided, folding, cigar case. This unusual artifact of late 19th Russian life features two, hand beaded panels, one on each side, done meticulously in very tiny beads, set into a tooled leather case. The tooling on the case is also very fine with remnants of the original gilding. The interior of the case is lined in tin foil and there is a compartment for holding three small cigars on each side of the case. It is in amazingly good condition, especially considering it's fragile nature, with no rips or repairs, only minor loss to the beads and still completely functional. Fine Art Nouveau desk set. This hi-style three piece desk set is made of very heavy cast brass and features a pen tray, ink blotter and hinged, three section stamp box. All three pieces have an elegant Art Nouveau design with the pen tray and stamp box having distinctively turned up corners. All three pieces are in fine original condition with no damage or repairs and a nice patina . Un-marked except for numbers on the bottom of the tray and box.
