This wonderful and uncommon copper-bronze finish chandelier has a very striking presentation. It is lovely and very 30's. This five light chandelier has been re-wired with new sockets...each capable of a 100 watt standard bulb. It was made during the 1930’s and it has all matching shades that are an amber with clear floral panels. The shades are in excellent condition without chips or cracks ...only minor roughness where they go in and out of the fitter...but not seen when mounted and very minor in any case. And..they all match. Many Art Deco lighting dealers are charging $250 to $300 EACH for these shades. If you wish to consider value, just do the multiple of five...compare to our price for the entire re-wired chandelier and find true reasonability. Measurements: 23 inches in overall height, with a diameter of 14” inches from shade tip to shade tip. This chandelier has been completely re-wired in our UL shop with new sockets and all new wire. Set of FOUR sconces with lovely poly-chrome original coloring. Circa 1920's, the frames were cast and artists hand painted the remarkable variation of old gold and white poly-chrome colors. Really quite attractive and striking. The shades are in great condition with only a couple of minor chips where they go into the fitter...not seen after installation. The shade has two distinct areas...there is the yellowish crackled ground and then the clear band on floral decor. Then the same yellowish ground is repeated at the very top rim. A very nice appealing combination. Electrical: These sconces have been totally re-wired in our UL shop. Normal sockets, for everyday medium base bulbs, were installed in each sconce. The sconce mounts with one normal sconce mounting all-thread to a normal electrical box from within the case. All mounting hardware will be supplied. There is no switch on each sconce, but they could be added for a small additional cost. Measurements: 9 7/8” tall by 5 5/8” wide and projects into the room from the wall 6 3/4”. The backplate measures 4” at the widest point x 9 7/8” tall. A real value is to find a matching set of 4 sconces in this remarkable condition. Unusual antique Art Deco pendant light with original glass, patented by Nicholas Kopp for Kopp Glass, Inc. in February, 1930. This pendant light begins with an understated canopy and chain; below the fitter holds a two-part original glass shade. The upper white glass shade is segmented in a geometric shape, while the lower part of the shade features textured glass. As detailed in 1930 patent #1748776, the disc-shaped connector device is "especially designed for use with illuminating fixtures or globes comprising a plurality of parts, such, for example, as a two-part illuminating glass globe or bowl." This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the edges. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The pendant body measures approximately 9” wide, 11-1/4” tall, and 29-3/4” long overall.   « Less

Pair of unique and attractive sconces...circa 1920's. The frames are cast and come with a nice and mellow pewter finish. The opal shades are in great condition with only a couple of minor nicks where they go into the fitter...not seen after installation. The shades are tall so there will be no part of the light bulb that protrudes out of the top as many antique sconces do. A lovely baby-blue floral decor graces the top band. Note how the ruffled shade tops match the fitter that holds them so very well and even blends with the shaped metal backplate. It just does go all together so very well. Electrical: These sconces have been totally re-wired in our UL shop. Normal sockets for everyday medium base bulbs were installed in each sconce. We have also replaced the rotary switches, made by Leviton in the 20’s...and were still made up to ONE year ago. So these switches, by Leviton are becoming even more antique as we note this. The sconce mounts with one normal sconce mounting all-thread to a normal electrical box from within the case. All mounting hardware will be supplied. Measurements: 12” tall by 4 1/2” wide and projects into the room from the wall 5 3/8”. The effect is Streamline Deco in nature with the sharp decor of the shades, but could also be comfortable within Mid-Century Modern decor too. Electrical: These chandeliers have been totally re-wired in our UL shop. Normal sockets for everyday medium base bulbs were installed. These ceiling lights mount with a normal crossbar (supplied) using two decorated nickel ball fasteners. The crossbar mounts to a normal electrical box. Wonderful 6 light chandelier with a style that would fit in with Arts and Crafts or Art Deco decor. Produced around 1920-30, it is an interesting item of rustic manufacture. It has five sockets and five opal shades around the outside circle, and one socket in the center behind those slices of white mica. Yes, those panels are white mica and are quite gorgeous when a nice bright bulb is alight behind them. This chandelier has been completely re-wired in our UL shop with new sockets and all new original twisted rayon wire...since it is visible. It is completely tested and ready to hang...just add bulbs. Original antique sconces with original opal and clear glass antique shades. These original antique shades are also so very nice. They are an ivory color with a clear band of Art Deco design at the top which is very striking. A nice combination indeed. The metal of the backplates, is cast metal with a lovely pewter finish. Ready to go...nothing needs to be done except add the light bulbs of your choice. We would recommend our LED candleabrum bulbs, 35C-E26 if you wish ambient light rather than full room power. The ambiance of these bulbs is warm and they draw so little electricity (1.6 watts) that we have known folks that leave them on 24/7. The bulbs do have an expected life of 25,000 - 30,000 hours. However...if a stronger light is desired...we suggest a tubular S-10 bulb which is the same kind of tubular bulb often used in desk lamps. It gives a balanced light for this longer shade. These sconces have been completely re-wired in our UL shop with new sockets and all new wire. Measurements: The overall sconce height is 11”. The maximum width (shade) is 3 7/8”. It will project into the room, from the wall 5 3/4”. The backplate, by itself, measures 9 3/4” tall by 3 3/8”. It has a long pole connecting to an understated fitter that supports its original white glass shade. The lower portion of the shade features a concentric circle pattern.
