Circa 1820-1840 Chinese Export Paneled six-sided Pitcher in Rose Mandarin Quality. Measures 4 1/2" in height and 6" from handle to spout. This is the BEST Quality pitcher in this form that I have ever seen. Usually this form is found in medium grade of quality rose medallion. No Wear that I can find. A whole lot of gold. A central scene of two ladies with two men in a scene that is just beautiful. The colors are so bright. This pitcher has a abundant of gold. Butterflies and birds throughout along with roses. The spout is absolutely beautiful. Great Quality and in Perfect Condition with the finest of quality. No Restoration. Fresh out of a New York City Home.   « Less

Circa 1820-1840 Rare Chinese Export Rose Medallion Marmite in Perfect Condition with very good quality and No Restoration. This Marmite measures 2 3/4" in height to the rim and 4" to the top of the gilded finial. Very good quality with a lot of gilded painting in and around the cartouche of ladies in a court scene and another panel with a rose and green leaves with a bird. Nice gilding on the handle. This is one of two rose medallion marmites that we presently have in our inventory and both are on our web site. It has been several years since we have owned a marmite as ther are Rare.   « Less

Circa 1785 Chinese Export 'BRUCE' Armorial Crest Cream Jug. This crest is in the Howard Book. This chinese export cream jug is 4 1/2" in height. The armorial crest is very clear with a arm and a dagger and the letters "fuimus". Nice border on top and bottom of this creamer. The creamer has lost it's handle, but other than that it is a nice chinese export armorial piece that is documented in David Sanctuary Howard's Book.   « Less

Circa 1840 Chinese Export Rose Medallion Water Pitcher measuring 4 1/8" in height to the tip of the spout, From the middle high point of the handle it measures 5 1/4" to the spout. After scouring the Schiffer Book on Chinese Export Porcelain, I have decided this is a small water or cream pitcher. The top of the handle is lower than the spout and in every picture on water, milk pitcher and creamers the handle is higher. The quality is very good and the condition is Excellent. Circa 1840-1860 Chinese Export Rare Marmite. These were made Rarely but were made for holding broth. They are straight side pitchers with lids and are extremely rare. We only have seen and owned them in rose medallion and blue canton. This marmite is 3" to the top of the marmite and 4 1/2" to the top of the cover's finial. Once upon a time ago I had a Large one and should never have sold it. This marmite is of average quality and in good condition with no damage or restoration. We are adding images of ones in the Schiffer Chinese Export Porcelain Book Published by Herbert, Peter and Nancy Schiffer. Herbert was the father and the chinese export expert, dealer and collector. He passed away a several years ago. I had bought many things from him when he had a shop. I had a conversation with Peter recently about possibly updating a similar reference book on Chinese Export Porcelain.   « Less

Circa 1770-1780 Chinese Export RARE American Trade Ship with the American Flag Helmut Pitcher, sometimes referred to as a Creamer in the present day. The American Flag shows on both sides and a iron red decoration around the top and base. This nice large size creamer or milk pitcher standing approximately 5 1/2" Tall at the back of the handle and 6 1/4" from the back of handle to the tip of the spout. No Chips, Cracks, or Restoration.
