For sale is a gorgeous sterling silver repousse basket with handle by Tiffany & Company. Approximately 12 1/2" wide x 9" deep and 4 3/4" high WITHOUT the handle. WITH the opened handle it measures 11" high. It weighs 30.53 troy ounces. Presentation mark on inside pedestal, "FROM HARRY AND ELLA APRIL 26, 1876". This is one of the finest Tiffany repousse baskets I've seen. It is decorated with grapes & vines and leaves. There are 3 cartouches that are not monogrammed. One is on the handle and the other 2 on either side of the top. The swing handle is in very good condition. This basket is in wonderful estate condition with no dents or repairs. Marks include TIFFANY & Co, 4347 MAKERS 2360, STERLING SILVER, 925-1000, M. The capital M was used by Tiffany & Company between the years of 1875-91. This is an exceptional addition to any table setting.   « Less

Beautiful sterling silver butter dish with insert by Grosjean & Woodward for Tiffany & Company, New York. Approximately 6" in diameter, 4 3/4" tall and 14 troy ounces. No monogram. Beautifully decorated on the cover with beading around the edge of both the top and bottom pieces. See photos. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, 7239, G&W, G&W, ENGLISH STERLING, 925-1000, 18 and 550 Broadway. This mark was used from 1854-1865 and is pictured in Carpenter's book on Tiffany Silver, pg 248. According to Carpenter, "Early Tiffany silver was marked in such a way as to make very sure the buyer knew he was receiving real sterling. From 1854-1870, centered in the Tiffany mark was: ENGLISH STERLING, 925-1000. There was good reason for Tiffany using the term ENGLISH STERLING, since sterling was well above the average quality of silver used by most American silversmiths of the time." Gorgeous sterling silver repousee presentation water pitcher to Francis E. Getty FROM The Coca Cola Boys In Loving Appreciation Jan 1920. Approximately 9 7/8" tall at the highest point and 28 troy ounces. It is a good size and weight with the side measuring 9" from spout to handle. Beautifully decorated with a floral repousee design in high relief consisting of roses, daisys, and other flowers, leaves, stems and buds. The front under the spout is an acanthus leaf design also all over the handle.The cartouche in the front holds the inscription mentioned above. Marks include STERLING, M.E. Freeman & Bro, the hand logo for A. G. Schultz & Company of Baltimore and 401. A.G. Schultz & Co was listed in Baltimore City Directories from 1899-1950 as manufacturers of sterling silver holloware. Gorgeous and unusual pair of sterling silver candlesticks by Tiffany & Company of New York. Approximately 4" tall with removable bobeches. They weigh approximately 8.13 troy ounces. Decorated with applied cherubs. There are two different cherubs on either side. They are seated surrounded by a garland of roses and other flowers and leaves. On the top sides are applied decorations of a horn and an arrow. See photos. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, 9323 MAKERS 3429, STERLING SILVER, 925-1000 and the letter T. The letter T tell us that these were made between 1891-1902. No monograms. Very good condition.   « Less

Unusual Tiffany sterling silver Saratoga chip server. Approximately 9" long and 6 troy ounces. The bowl measures 4 1/4" in diameter. Monogrammed with what looks like JEP. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, STERLING, PAT. 1890 and the letter M. The letter M stands for Edward Moore circa 1875-91. The saratoga chip server is a hard to find piece. Potato chips were invented in Saratoga Springs NY and that is how this unusual piece got it's name. Very good condition.   « Less

Wonderful sterling silver bon bon spoon by Tiffany & Company of New York, NY. The pattern is called Holly and is highly collectible. Approximately 3 3/4" long and the bowl measures 1 3/4" x 2 1/4". Monogrammed in the bowl with 1860 S 1910. Marks include the square M which was used from 1875-1891, TIFFANY & CO, STERLING and the number 957. Beautiful Tiffany sterling silver kidney shaped serving spoon. Approximately 9 1/2" long. Monogrammed with an M on the back of the handle. This piece was made to serve berries. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, STERLING, Pat. 1878 There is a monogram on the back of the letter M. Marks include TIFFANY & CO, STERLING, Pat. 1878 and the letter T. The letter T was used between 1891-1902. There are 17 different motifs listed in a Tiffany brochure c.1880. This serving spoon has motif number 4, Venus born of the sea, is drawn in her shell by dolphins driven by Cupid, who bears the laurel branch. On the back are the emblems of love - the myrtle, quiver, doves, torches and the burning heart. Very good condition.   « Less
