Circa 1840 chinese Export Rose Medallion Bell shape Teapot in Excellent Condition. This is a form like the marmite that you don't see that often. This one is very good quality and in very good condition. No chips, cracks or restoration. This teapot measures 4 1/2" to the top of the gilded finial. Opposite the side of the scene with the people is a extremely decorated bird. We also have added images of ones in the Schiffer Chinese Export Porcelain Book Published by Herrbert, Peter and Nancy Schiffer. Herbert was the father and the shinese export expert, dealer and collector. He passed away several years ago. I had bought many things from him when he had a shop. I had a conversation with Peter recently about possibly updating a similar rteference book on Chinese Export Porcelain. « Less

Circa 1770 Chinese Export large Mandarin Palette Teapot with Great Quality and Beautiful Colors. This is about the largest size in a globe shaped teapot without being a punch pot. This teapot is in excellent Condition and of the finest quality. It measures 7" to the top of the finial and 8 1/2" from the tip of spout to the highest part of the handle. Vibrant colors of blue,pink rust turquoise,and green in scenes with gold in the lady's hair. Just beautifully decorated and painted all the way around. very minor losses in the painting that is almost undetectable. Very Good Condition with no chips cracks or restoration. Circa 1840 Chinese Export Sacred Bird and Butterfly Orange Rare Teapot in Excellent Condition and Very Good Quality. This unusual size "SWEET TEAPOT" is 4" in height and measures 6" from the top f the double strapped handle to the tip of the spout, On the top of the lid is a cute gilded finial. The double strapped handles are attached with artistic splotching to the teapot. Teapots are rare in this pattern. About 10 years ago I purchased a 200 piece set of this pattern in Maine that was fabulous and had every form you could imagine and not even one single teapot. This nice dimunitive teapot is really a great size and so sweet. This would make a nice addition to any chinese export collector or even a teapot collector. No Restoration. « Less

This teapot was made for Export for the American Market in the Late 18th Century to the Early 19th century. It measures 5" in height and the diameter is 5" at the bottom. Wonderful double strapped handle with wonderful splotching where the handle was attached into the body of this wonderful teapot. The monogram is pretty worn from hands having handled it but it appears to be REL in Script. Excellent Quality with no chips, cracks or restoration. « Less

A very nice border going across the top of the body of the teapot as well as the bottom of the teapot with a vine. It was made in six colors. Since it was very popular Spode in the late 20TH Century reproduced it and was marketed in department stores in the United States as well as all over the world. I believe it was discontinued a few years ago. This is a replica of several chinese export blue fitzhugh shapes. Included are a Fitzhugh teapot and a large Lighthouse Teapot, which could also be used as a coffee pot, helmut creamer and sugarbowls, And 4 demitasse cups and saucers. « Less
