Charming little miniature table, mahogany wood, could have been an apprentice's piece. Bun feet, turned base and column, thumbnail edge to top. Tilt top. The top is handpainted with a pretty scene of a cherub or putti with white doves, flowers and blue ribbons. Table measures 26.75 cm high, and the top is 34.5 cm diameter (10.1/2 inches by 13.1/2 inches). It has had a replacement block put in for the support for the top (see photos). I have a very beautiful and unique all wooden insulated walk-in refrigerator or freezer door. It was produced in York Pennsylvania by the York Corporation. The patent for this particular door dates back to 1941. The all wood design creates an amazing center piece and historic conversation starter for any space. Could be used for a walk-in/freezer door(it is fully functional), wine cellar door, or used in any space as a regular door. The door itself comes with the original wood frame, from when it was first installed to be used in the barn at Tabora Farm and Orchard back in the day. On the front of the door you have the amazing metal logo from the York Corporation alone with the unique wood designs. The clever design that it has been built with that will permit the chair to be adjusted up or down making chair in to a stroller when in this lower position and high chair into upright position. This beautiful piece of history is a Post Office wall unit with double combination locks, general delivery window and cash drawer window. This unit is very old but in good condition. It still has the brass plates attached. I have had this unit in storage for appx 30 years but I think it came from the Post Office in Ethel, Arkansas and was more than 100 years old when it was gifted to me.
