Even those this bowl is 20TH Century (Circa 1920) with the "Made In China Mark" it is absolutely fantastic. We very rarely buy 20TH Century Chinese Export Porcelain but this bowl along with a pair of 17" Chargers and a set of (8) Soup Plates were something that I could not turn down. This listing is just for the 8" Punch Bowl. Good Condition. Very Decorative. This pattern is very hard to find as it was not manufactured in quanities like rose medallion,rose mandarin and blue canton. Chinese Export Pair of Fabulous Famille Rose Rooster Pattern Chargers measuring 16 1/4" in diameter and 2 3/4" in depth. Even though these chargers are 20TH Century (Circa 1920)with the "Made" In China Mark they are absolutely fantastic. We very rarely buy 20th century chinese export porcelain but these chargers along with two bowls and set of eight soup plates were something that I could not turn down. This listing is just for the Pair of 16 1/4" Chargers. Excellent Condition. Very Decorative and would look great on a wall. This pattern is very hard to find as it was not manufactured in quanities like rose medallion,rose mandarin and blue canton. They are not only 16 1/4" in diameter but they are 2 3/4" in depth. For being 20th Century Chinese Export Porcelain the quality is very good. I am only saying they are 20th Century because of the "Made In China" mark on the back of the pieces. If that mark was not there I definetely would have dated them from C.1850-1870.   « Less

Circa 1840-1875 Chinese Export Paneled Scalloped Pitcher measuring 6" in height to the tip of spout and 6 1/4" from spout to the top highest part of handle. This is a form that we have had in rose medallion several times and we have seen in canton and fitzhugh. But this pattern is so different than those and is really beautiful. It is absolutely fabulous. Decorated in a underglaze Yellow with greenery and pink roses and other flowers with birds and butterflies. Other colors in the mix are turquuoise. The molded spout and the rim at the top are nicely gilded.   « Less

C. 1750 Chinese Export Famille Rose Tankard dating from the MID-18TH Century. Measures 5" in height and a top opening of 3 1/2" This attractive Bell-Shaped Mug is often referred to as Famille Rose. It has a pattern of rocks, a pheasant and peonies. Appears to be in Very Good Condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Central Theme of this Plate are six ladies in a court yard scenr. Gold in hair with many other bright colors adding to it's beauty. The border is filled with turquoise,pink,blue,green colors along with butterflies, birds, and differeny sizes of ornaments. This plate is in Top Notch Condition and Wonderful Mandarin Quality. These are also referred to as cache pots in the Schiffer Book on Chinese Export Porcelain on pages 110-111. Chinese Export jardineers,cache pots,planters are very popular in this day and age. They could be used inside preferbly but also used on a froint porch or patio. This one does not have a drain hole as some do, but works very well the way it is.   « Less

Circa 1840 Chinese Export Famille Rose Celadon Jardineer measuring 6" in height and the top opening is 9". The base measures 5". Nice detailed decoration of colorful flowers, greenery and a white stork. The bottom of this planter has a drain hole in the middle for water. The customary underplate for this item is gone. This is usually the case as they get a beating from dirt and water over run. A nice Chinese Export Plate about 7" in diameter would surfice. Planters, Jardineers and Cache Pots are hard to find but we are determined as they add to a interior and exterior design when accompanied by flowers and bulb plants, etc. There is a old restoration under the top lip/rim where the bird is, but hardly noticeable. It could be restored professionally, but is not that necesary.   « Less

It has been used of course for what it was designed to be. Years of watering and dirt will do that, but still a nice piece.
