Circa 1820-1840 Chinese Export Rose Medallion Mazzarin/Drainer in Excellent Condition and Very Nice Quality. Originally the mazzarin would be matched up with a platter and be used for a drainer when you would lay a piece of meat on the drainer. This is one of the better quality mazzarin's that I have seen. Since they were primarily used to drain the fat off of a piece of meat, they would get a lot of abuse. Very Rarely will you find a mazzarin of this outstanding quality. It is oval in shape and this one measures 13 1/2" X 10 1/2". Excellent Condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Quite often I have a cabinet maker make a stand for them as it makes a very nice table next to a chair. The very last image shows the picture of a possible stand for this wonderful piece of chinese export porcelain.   « Less

This is a Beautiful Gold Imari Jardineer. I am dating this and other size jardineers that we just purchased as Mid-20TH Century. This is the Largest of the four and the height is almost 9"(8 7/8") to be exact. The top opening is 9 7/8" and the base measures 6 1/2" in diameter. Excellent Condition. No Damage or Restoration. Thomas Moran, American Artist Born in 1837 and Died in 1926. Very well listed artist who's works are vastly sought after. This is a Colored Lithograph, now laid down on paper, signed within the print and with a additional pencil signature and title to large paper. Frame size is 21 3/4" X 25 3/4". Titles 'Rock Towers of Rio Virgin". Good Condition with only frame having losses at corners and the paper is slightly yellowed. This lithograph by Moran is done very well as are mostly all of his works. The only issues are the damage to the original frame with losses at the corners.   « Less

Circa 1800 Chinese Export Open Tureen without cover bearing the Arms Of Hill Dawe of Ditcheat House of Somerset. This Beautiful Oval Shaped Open Tureen is in Absolutely Mint Condition. The Dark Blue Underglaze Fitzhugh Painting is Fabulous With Great Detail Not to Mention The Wonderful Gold Highlighting Of This Very Fine Quality Fitzhugh Tureen. It measures 11 1/4" X 9 1/4" X 2 1/2" in Depth. The Armorial Crest is identified by David Howard in his Book, Chinese Export Porcelain, on Page 690. This Book is the Bible for identifying Armorial Crests and items that have Armorial Crests that are identified in this book are more valuable. There is no wear to the armorial crest at all. The Tureen is in Excellent Condition with only slight wear to the gold gilding that the cover would rest on, if the cover was not missing.   « Less
