This is a fabulous antique cast iron flush mount Art Deco light fixture, dating between the 1920’s and 1930’s, in its original polychrome finish. Made by Markel Electric Products, this one-light chandelier features ziggurats on a hammered green background, bordered in a leaf design. This flush-mount light fixture is in excellent condition; the chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. These are two matching large antique Art Deco pendant light with frosted glue-chip glass panels, dating from the 1920’s. Each four-light chandelier begins with a fabulous Art Deco canopy ornamented with a zigzag design; below, the pendant body features a geometric loop finial atop a zigzag-bordered bowl and a geometric decorative section. The lantern is formed of stepped sections of frosted gluechip glass with geometric detail between. Each panel of glass features a spear-head shape at the top and bottom. These light fixtures are in excellent condition; the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the edges. The pendants have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. These are 26 matching antique chrome hooks from the Jefferson Hotel in St. Louis. Originally built in 1904, the hotel had an addition in the 1930’s; these unusual Art Deco hooks are from the addition and have a great industrial feel. Each hook features an octagonal beveled backplate with a hook below and a long rod above, perfect for hanging towels, scarves, or robes. The hooks are in very good to excellent condition; a few are slightly bent or have some wear to the chrome finish (pictured). Each hook is 6 ¼” long, 1 7/8” wide, and projects 2 ¾” from the wall. These are four matching antique Art Deco cast brass pocket sconces with their original glue-chip glass, dating from the 1920’s. The sconces feature fabulous Art Deco geometric detail surrounding the original frosted gluechip glass panels, which have a clear border and an unusual shape. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The chandelier begins with a beautifully detailed loop finial, with intricately cut out bronze pieces, ornamented with sinuous vines and crisp geometric detail, forming the chandelier body. Ribbed chandelier arms support Art Deco bobeches accented with geometric reeded blocks. The chandelier finishes in a geometric, ribbed finial.
