This is a fantastic antique five-light iron and brass Art Deco chandelier with sit-in shades from the 1930’s, in its original finish. The chandelier begins with a finely cast brass palmette, with an elegant tassel below. Five cast iron chandelier arms extend from the base of the tassel, intersecting with a large iron ring that runs around the outer portion of the chandelier. Each arm supports a sleek Art Deco shade holder with a custard shade. Each shade is bordered in a stylized garland pattern. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier body measures 20” wide and 16 ½” tall; the fixture is 29” long overall.   « Less

This is a striking antique Art Deco figural chandelier with an eagle, dating from the 1920’s. Made of darkened nickel and brass, this five-light chandelier is crowned with a cast brass eagle with its wings outspread, followed by a nickel baluster-shaped chandelier body. Hammered brass arches, ornamented with arrows, come down from the baluster to support the chandelier arms, which fan out from the chandelier in a star shape. Each arm supports a nickel bobeche with a cutout border. The chandelier finishes in a finely cast brass finial, formed of an arrow surrounded by a laurel wreath. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 17 ¾” wide and 20” tall, and the fixture is 36” long overall.   « Less

This is a superb antique cast bronze Arts Deco eight-light pendant light, dating from the 1930’s. The chandelier features a beautiful combination of white flashed glass and frosted glass. It begins with a beautifully ornamented bronze canopy with sleek leaves, coming down in a rod to a cone-shaped piece above two tiers. The first tier features leaded white flashed glass panels surrounding four lights; the second is composed of curved frosted glass panels surrounding the second set of lights. A fluted bronze band surrounds the lower portion, which converges into an elegant leaf finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the edges.
