This is a superb antique cast iron Art Deco slip shade chandelier by Consolidated Glass, dating to the 1930s. The five-light chandelier begins with fantastic canopy in the shape of a four-point star, coming down in a chain to a loop finial formed of overlapping ovals and circles. The frame of the chandelier features sleek arches ornamented with florets and gadrooned circles. The shades feature a matching florets and abstract Art Deco detail, and the bottom of the chandelier finishes in a round gadrooned shade with floret detail. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the slipper shades, just the expected fleabites on the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This chandelier is 17 ¼” wide; the length of the chandelier body only is 21”; the overall length is 38”.   « Less

This is an extraordinary antique Art Deco skyscraper pendant light, dating from the 1930’s, with its original blue glass ziggurat shade. The pendant has a sleek canopy and fitter. The magnificent blue sky scraper shade features a fabulous texture and a stepped design that finishes in a ribbed ziggurat. This light fixture is in excellent condition, and the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rim. This is a fabulous antique cast bronze Art Deco pendant light, dating from the 1930’s. The pendant begins with a hammered canopy, coming down in a chain to a striking geometric loop finial. Below, three intricately cast bands ornamented with an asymmetrical cutout design come down around the light, meeting at the bottom of the pendant to support a foliate bobeche. The pendant finishes in a dangling finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition.
