Wonderful antique three-light flush mount, salvaged out of Nashville and dating from the early 1900s. This brass chandelier has a round fitter with beaded edge and egg and dart band. Below, three downward facing bobeches are covered in curving leaves, giving each bulb the appearance of a distinct flower surrounded by its foliage. This ceiling mounted fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation. Marked with patent date and signature “M.L.P", the fixture was made in 1927 by Markel Lighting Products of Buffalo, NY. This cream-colored flush mount has a seeded texture with florets, leaves, and a full flower centerpiece. The light's two fitters have beaded and gadrooned details and support exposed bulbs; a hanging bellflower finial finishes the fixture. This flush mount is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation.
