Very rare Rookwood Pottery carved iris glaze vase decorated by Matt Daly. The hyacinth clay was added to the body and then cut back followed by coloring of the decoration. Striking color and design. EXCELLENT CONDITION. No chips, cracks, damage, or repair. There is a slight firing flaw to a flower at the rim. Bottom marked with logo, date mark, shape number, x for the firing flaw and cipher for Mr. Daly. Vase is 8 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" wide. SUPER EXAMPLE!
