A remarkable antique Art Deco skyscraper pendant light with sun purple glass, dating from the 1930’s, with a two-piece shade. The chandelier features a white glass skyscraper shade with a design of overlapping geometric shapes. Below, a prismatic bowl-shaped shade has turned a beautiful light amethyst color from sun exposure. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Two pairs of fabulous antique Art Deco single arm sconces with original glass shades, dating from the 1930’s. Salvaged from Detroit, MI, these wall lamps feature a simple round backplate with a working switch. The chrome center, featuring a worn finish, is surrounded by a black border which extends up to a decorative upper piece with beveled details and a cut-out arch. Each sconce arm extends out to wrap around a chrome shade holder. The sit-in shades feature three horizontal bands across the middle. These wall lamps are in very good antique condition with a very aged finish and a few small chips around the rims of the shades (not visible when installed). They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 5-1/2" wide, 8-3/4" tall, and project 5-3/4" from the wall. A splendid pair of antique Art Deco slip shade sconces by Consolidated Glass, dating from the 1920’s or 1930’s. Salvaged from St. Louis, the sconces feature a ziggurat backplate with a sunburst at the bottom and roses climbing up the sides. The slipper shade features a matching design, with roses down the center and along the edges, with a Deco geometric design between. These wall lamps are in excellent condition. The shades are in very good antique condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the edges of the shades. The sconces have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. This 12 1/2” long art pottery paneled window jardinière has as lovely matte blue finish with a cream colored, relief of a cameo rose on one side. The inside of this jardinière is also finished with the same matte blue. The underside has “Weller Pottery” incised. This particular mark is usually dated 1928. There is also the letter “A” painted under the glaze. This jardinière is in particularly fine condition, with no chips, cracks, stains or crazing. The foot-rim shows the normal wear to be expected in a piece of this age. Jardinière measures 12 ½” long by 4½” wide by 4” in depth. This would be a fine addition to your Weller collection! The background of this vase is green with stylized Freesia blossoms of lavender and white in a fanning cluster wrapped around the vessel. One side is lavender; the other side is white. It has two small handles at the bulbous part of the vase graduating into a found tubular top sitting on a round base. The interior is glazed. This vase is referenced on page 139 of The Collectors Encyclopedia of Roseville Pottery, Second Series by Sharon and Bob Huxford. Height: 7 ½ inches. Width Handle to Handle: 5 ¾ inches. Top Diameter: 3 inches. Foot Diameter: 3 ¾ inches. The underside is embossed with “Roseville U.S.A. 119-7”. This particular pattern is usually dated 1945. This vase is in particularly fine condition, with no chips, cracks, stains or crazing. The foot-rim shows the normal wear to be expected in a piece of this age.
