A delightful antique three-light flush mount chandelier, made and signed by Crescent Brass Manufacturing Co. in the 1920’s. Featuring its original polychrome finish, the chandelier has a butterscotch-colored finish with green and pink highlights. The center of the fixture features a floral button surrounded by a radial design; the arms are formed of anthemia, volutes, and foliate detail. Each arm ends in a downward-facing polychrome bobeches, and the bobeches are connected with a band of anthemia and volutes. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Fabulous matching antique flush mount lights with original glass shades, salvaged out of St. Louis, MO. Made by Harter Manufacturing Company of Chicago, Illinois, and signed "Harter," these light fixtures begin in a charming white porcelain fitter with three decorative hooks extending down to support the shades. Each original glass shade is an inverted dome and features gadrooned details. The bottom of each shade finishes in a pine cone finial. These ceiling-mount light fixtures are in very good antique condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rim. There are a few dings and chips to the porcelain, as shown. The lights have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. ANT-186 Circa 1900-10 Antique Marble & Brass Close Ceiling Chandelier Wow, wow, wow. For the bead or marble collector, I would assume that this close ceiling original antique fixture would be a MUST! I mean...look at this beauty...that complicated shade is just so unique. With one socket it could easily take up to a 150 watt bulb since the shade is a net of beads. Just fun!! The metal is all brass and has a rather matte appearance. Circa 1900-10, it is a mixture of good castings and intricate beadwork for the shades. Very hard to find indeed. Completely re-wired in our UL approved shop, it is ready to hang immediately upon arrival. We have only one left of these fixtures. Once they are gone they are gone. Solid iron and brass fitters on this Art & Crafts close ceiling 3 light chandelier. Measuring a mere 8" tall with a diameter of about 16", this "star" fixture really does impart a motif and ambiance. Guessing about 1930-40 era. Mounts to the ceiling very simply with the center finial. To make it better, please note that this fixture has been completely rewired with new sockets, and new wire, and is ready to hang. A full mounting crossbar set will be sent with this chandelier. A PAIR of matching Art Deco period two light close ceiling chandeliers. Excellent for a lower ceiling where substantial light is desired. They could, if desired, be mounted with a pull chain for off/on at the fixture. Or, it can be used with a dimmer wall switch. While they were produced just slightly before the true Art Deco era, they would have nicely graced a home from 1920 to 1940 with authentic ease. The frames have a nice pewter finish. Circa 1920, these fixtures were originally sold both as a close ceiling fixture and with a stem for a longer drop. These chandeliers have been totally rewired to UL code with new sockets and wire and are ready to grace a lovely home. Each socket is fully capable of 100 watt incandescent bulb each. Measurements: 14 1/2" wide with a drop of only 7 1/2 ". It fastens directly to a UL approved electrical box by the center finial. All mounting supplies will be furnished.
