Eleven matching antique cast iron fleur-de-lis hinges with steeple finials, dating from the 1880’s. Each hinge features a fleur de lis flanked by graceful vine-like designs. The center of the hinge features an interlaced pattern, accented with dots, that runs from finial to finial and is repeated on the back of the hinge (pictured). A stunning, rare antique exterior cast bronze door hardware set in P. & F. Corbin’s “Ghent” pattern, featured in the 1905 Corbin catalog. The doorknobs and backplates feature extraordinarily detailed casting, with leaves, scrolls, and a diamond motif. This door hardware is in very good antique condition; there are some minor dents on the edges of the doorknobs (pictured) and some roughness on the edge of the collar on one backplate (pictured). The larger doorplate is 11 3/8” by 3 5/8”; the smaller plate is 8 ½” by 2 3/4”; the larger doorknob is 2 ½” in diameter and 2 ½” deep; the smaller doorknob is 2 ¼” in diameter and 2 ¼” deep. A fantastic antique cast iron 4x4” hinge, c. 1880’s, with rare decorative steeple finials ornamented with a geometric design. Each leaf of the hinge features a semicircle with a beaded border, surrounded by stylized flowers and geometric detail. The back of the hinge is also ornamented with a floral motif. This four-knuckle Eastlake hinge is in excellent condition. The hinge measures 4” wide overall, 4” tall, and 7 1/8” tall overall (from finial to finial). Two matching antique door hardware sets, circa 1905, with doorknobs and plates. The doorplates feature an elegant volute design with a crown of leaves at the bottom; the doorknobs feature a fourfold volute pattern. These doorknob sets are in very good antique condition with an aged finish. The hardware has been lacquered to prevent rust. The door knobs measure 2 1/4” in diameter and 2 1/4” deep; the plates are 7 1/2” by 2 1/2”. Each set includes a pair of doorknobs with the connecting rod and set screws, and a pair of doorplates. Hard-to-find antique cast bronze door hardware sets by Mallory, Wheeler, & Co., patent dated 1884, in their unusual “Arabic” design. Each set includes a pair of door knobs, a pair of plates, one decorative mortise lock, and a rare decorative strikeplate (enough hardware for one door). The knobs and plates feature an Arabic character on a rippled background. The backplates and lock are signed “M.W.” This hardware is in very good to excellent condition, with the expected scratches on the strikeplates and some tiny nicks on the edge of one lock (pictured). Each doorknob is 2 ¼” in diameter and 2” deep; the backplates measure 1-11/16” by 5 1/4". The faceplates of the mortise locks are 5 ½” by 7/8”, and each lock has a backset of 2-3/8”. A stunning antique entry cast bronze door hardware set in P. & F. Corbin’s “Tivoli” pattern, featured in the 1905 Corbin catalog. The doorknobs feature a flower surrounded by acanthus leaves and ribbon, with a beaded border around the edge. The plates are ornamented with a beautifully cast anthemion on one end, surrounded by acanthus, with acanthus leaves and scrolls on the opposite end. The plates have a bead-and-reel border. The split-system lock has its original lock cylinder and escutcheon, and a cast bronze faceplate. This entrance door hardware is in excellent condition. The larger doorplate is 13” by 3 1/4”; the smaller plate is 7” by 2 1/4”; the larger doorknob is 2 ½” in diameter and 2 ¼” deep; the smaller doorknob is 2 ¼” in diameter and 2 ¼” deep. The faceplate on the lock is 9” by 1 ¼”. A matching, slightly smaller hardware set for a vestibule door or side door is also available, item # NDKS84-RW. NDKS83-RW   « Less

A stunning antique exterior cast bronze door hardware set in P. & F. Corbin’s “Tivoli” pattern, featured in the 1905 Corbin catalog. The doorknobs feature a flower surrounded by acanthus leaves and ribbon, with a beaded border around the edge. The plates are ornamented with a beautifully cast anthemion on one end, surrounded by acanthus, with acanthus leaves and scrolls on the opposite end. The plates have a bead-and-reel border. The split-system lock has its original lock cylinder and escutcheon, and a cast bronze faceplate. There is a small piece missing from the latch on the lock (pictured), which does not affect the functionality of the lock; everything else is in excellent condition. The larger doorplate is 10 1/4” by 2 3/4”; the smaller plate is 7” by 2 1/4”; the doorknobs are 2 ¼” in diameter and 2 ¼” deep. The faceplate on the lock is 7 3/8” by 1 ¼”. This set was originally used on a vestibule door and could also be used for a side door; the matching larger hardware set from the front door is also available, item # NDKS83-RW. NDKS84-RW   « Less
