Silver swizzle stick, Oriental silver, with retractable prongs. You can wear it as a pendant - swizzle part slides down when you silver ring of the barrel down towards the point. Hallmarks are on the lower edge of the side. Measures 7.3 cm long closed and 12.5 cm long open. Shaft is 4.5 mm diameter (2.7/8 inches and 5 inches, with 3/16 inch diameter shaft). It has a slight dent in the centre which makes the sliding mechanism a bit stiff in the middle until you get past it. Still an attractive, usable item though.   « Less

Very nice small purse mirror, miniature of a larger hand mirror. The mirror glass is made so that it reflects your whole face, even though it is tiny. Maker's stamp is C & N (Crisford and Norris), and the hallmark is for Birmingham 1921. Mirror measures just7 cm by 3.3 cm (2.3/4 inches by 1.5/16 inches). Excellent condition.   « Less

Sterling silver Edwardian ring stand, lyre shape on a circular base. Base covered in dark mauve velvet, although now mostly all nap has worn off. This would have been used as a pin cushion for hat pins, and the silver top has a circle in which the pins would have been placed to keep them upright. The rings would have hung on the "horns" of the lyre. Hallmarks on the base are for makers Adie Lovekin, Birmingham, 1909. Item measures 7.5 cm high (3 inches). Base is 4.25 cm diameter (1.3/4 inches). Very good original condition.   « Less

Four lovely Fijian souvenir teaspoons. Made in sterling silver, they each have bowls engraved "Suva, Fiji" and polychrome enamel finials, three of which depict various scenes of Fiji. The fourth spoon is a beautiful monochrome picture of a Fijian girl. The spoons are all hallmarked on the bowl reverse for Birmingham, England, 1913. Each has the appropriate registration number. Maker's mark is W G & S. Spoons are all identical in shape and style, and measure 104 mm long (4.1/8 inches). Excellent condition.   « Less

Small cruet set on stand - pepper with silver top, mustard with silver top, and open salt. The sterling silver is hallmarked for Sheffield, 1905. Maker is JD WD (James and William Deacon). This could possibly be a Christopher Dresser design for them. The pots are octagonal cut. Whole measures 10.5 cm high and 8.2 cm wide by 8.7 cm deep. The pots are each 6.7 cm high by 3.1 cm diameter (2.5/8 inches by 1.1/4 inches). Salt is 2.9 cm high (1.1/4 inches). All in excellent condition. All pieces of silver hallmarked. Shipping is by Air Courier fully insured, unless a cheaper uninsured method is required.   « Less

Hallmarked for Birmingham 1904, maker S & B (Synyer & Beddoes). Pot measures 32 mm high by 73 mm long by 32 mm deep (1.1/4 inches by 2.7/8 inches by 1.1/4 inches).
