This porcelain tile plaque is hand painted in blue and white with the image of an Old Master painting. It is housed in it''s original Arts and Crafts dark oak frame. The back of the plaque has an impressed 24/18 and in ink ''T & V Limoges France''. The plaque measures 9.5 inches by 7.25 inches. I couldn''t find an artist signature, but is is quality work. Framed, the piece measures 14 inches by 11.75 inches. The condition is excellent.
