This is an antique bronze door knocker with a round speakeasy made by the A.C.M company and dating to the first part of the 20th century. The door knocker features an elegant baluster design with a substantial ring in the middle. The round speak easy features inlaid circle detail and is in very good condition and measures 3-5/8" in diameter. The door knocker is also in very good condition and measures 8-5/8" tall and 4" wide. Fabulous antique five-light iron chandelier, dating from the 1920's - 1930's. This fixture begins in a simple canopy with decorative polychrome details and comes down in a chain to a decorative loop finial. The chandelier body features scroll work, foliate and floral details, and unique flower accents on their own "stems." Five scrolled arms support understated bobeches. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This unique pair of antique andirons, or chenets, is created of hand-forged iron, dating from the 19th century. Each andiron begins with an impressive bronze flower adornment surrounded by scrolling volutes, demonstrating superior craftsmanship. A wonderful antique six-light brass chandelier with its original glass, dating from the early 1900’s. The chandelier begins with an understated canopy with inverted palmette detail and tapers to a rod attaching to a single chain. Four chains descend from a rosette cluster and attach to the inside of an octagonal band around the body of the chandelier. Four lanterns hang from the body of the chandelier, each featuring a cut-out brass shade with original slag glass. The base of the chandelier features honey-colored slag glass within brass foliate detail. The light fixture is in very good antique condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabite around the edges. The chandelier body measures 17-3/4" wide, 33-1/2" tall, and the fixture is 45-1/2" long overall. NC1505-RW   « Less
