Ultimate Cat head 18k gold diamonds pendant or brooch. We are pleased to offer the most beautiful and unusual antique Art Deco 18k gold and diamonds cat head necklace pendant or brooch. The back of the cat head has loops where one could put a chain through and wear as a necklace. It also has a pin on the back giving it double use as a brooch or a pendant necklace. There are 3 diamonds in the design of the brooch, 2 in each of the cat's eyes and a larger diamond in it's mouth. The diamonds are high quality old European cut averaging I color and VS-2 clarity. The diamonds are very brilliant, fiery and high quality. The diamond in the cat's mouth measure .20 carat. The diamonds in the cat's eyes measure .10 points or more. If you are a feline fancier, you have found the most important cat 18k gold and diamond brooch/necklace pendant you might ever hope to find. It has a miniscule unpolished rough spot along the edge of the border invisible without high magnification. The diamond is set in a period 18k white gold Art Deco mounting with 12 additional diamonds averaging I color VS-2 clarity set around the yellow diamond giving the ring a beautiful flower like appearance. In addition to the 12 diamonds, there are 2 more diamonds 1 on each shoulder. The 12 diamonds bordering the yellow diamond are also old mine cuts averaging I color VS-2 clarity.
