Antique Sterling silver Awards Medallion & Watch Key Winder Circa. 1910-1915 British During the early part of the 20th century, this kind of medallion was awarded for athletic competition in Britain. Also, other sterling components were made part of the "prize" This watch key winder and medallion were given as an award together. Unfortunately, we do not have the watch, which was also part of the award. The medallion was never inscribed. That can be done now. Original antique sterling silver chain measures 20 inches. The medallion and watch key hang off 1 inch chain extensions. Clasp on chain is both unique and original. The watch key winder measures 2 inches long.
