ANT-535 Solid Brass and Bronze 10 Light Gothic Crystal Chandelier Gothic elegance is here with this wonderful crystal ten light chandelier. Circa 1920, the design motifs are plentiful and well executed. The castings are so beautiful, with lots of pierced parts which are...were...so hard to do, as any casting man will tell you. The finish does have some minor variations, and is predominantly dark with highlights. There are faces, and curls, and Gothic motifs. A plethora of design in this exciting ten light chandelier. Measurements: * Height: 37 ½" It can be lengthened, but hard to shorten it with the center design the way it is...could be done...but not easily. * Diameter: 28" This light has been totally rewired in our UL registered shop, with ten new sockets, and a new main stem wire. ANT-542 Gothic or Arts and Crafts Style Panel Ceiling Light Hexagonal Older Gothic Lighting Fixture Circa 1920 - 1940, the frosted glass panels are in great shape. The Old Gold finished frame is in nice condition, with just the right amount of patina. Measurements: * Diameter: 20" across the points. * Height: 29" If the 29" height is too tall for your application...we can shorten this fixture for you. The stem is easily adjusted. We could achieve a height range between 14" to the existing 29". You tell us what you need. Each fixture contains FIVE light bulbs. Four sockets light the side panels, and one socket is directed downward to light the bottom crackle glass window and add a little extra emphasis to the smaller side windows. The very bottom window, which is actually an access door for bulb changing, contains a different glass than the side panels. It is an old glass which is meant to direct more lighting downwards, while the four other sockets give indirect upward and side panel lighting. This chandelier has been re-wired in our UL shop, and is ready for installation. Vintage ring made in yellow gold with the face being diagonal stripes of emeralds and diamonds. Bevelled band. 9ct yellow and white gold. The inside band has a British assay mark for imported goods, being London 1990. Maker's mark is L.B. Ld. The face of the ring is illusion set in white textured design gold into which a total of 13 small diamonds are set. The 12 natural emeralds are approx 1.80 mm to 2 mm diameter each. Ring face measures 9 mm by 21 mm. Ring fitting is English O (USA size 7) with an internal diameter of 17.35 mm. Excellent condition. Total ring weight: 3.62g. A very attractive ring.   « Less

Sterling silver and tortoiseshell dressing table set in fitted case. Two clothes brushes, two hairbrushes and a hand mirror. Hallmarks are for Birmingham 1921, and the makers are Docker & Burn Ltd. Beautiful pattern to the silver and tortoiseshell backs. All hair brushes have good quality original bristles in very good condition - one clothes brush leaks bristles a bit, being a softer variety, the other seems good. The only item which has a modicum of wear is the mirror, which has a foxed area to the left side, and a few spots to the other edge. The tortoiseshell handle has a little bit of discolouration from having been held. Mirror measures 27 cm long, the hairbrushes are 26 cm long. The set comes in its original fitted case - the case is a little the worse for wear, having one clasp off, one hinge broken, and the internal satin straps frayed. Overall, this is a beautiful survivor of the opulent 1920s.   « Less

Antique Original Lincoln 5 Light Chandelier Outstanding original antique five light chandelier, Circa 1935, made by Lincoln Lighting Products of Detroit, Michigan. Art Deco Lighting enthusiasts will recognize the shades as the same ones used on Lincoln's Fleur-de-Lis series, but this is a much scarcer light fixture than that series. Yes, these are the correct shades for this chandelier. As curators of the Kelly Art Deco Light Museum, we are familiar with this lovely light. Note the design of the shade matching the design on the bowl. Perfect match. These were always designed to go together, and what a striking appeal it has too! This chandelier has been rewired in our UL shop, and it still has the ambiance of a 1930s light. Five new high end sockets with wiring were installed. The finish of the self-colored aluminum frame is very nice. It has a lovely pewter contrast, as hopefully the pictures show. The details of the shades are outstanding. The shades were originally available both as a clear/frosted and orange/amber. Orange/amber was normally preferred, and was more expensive. This fixture's shades are in very good condition, with some VERY minor flaking around the fitters, which is extremely hard to see unless you were right up to the light and looking very hard for them. Measurements: * Height: 27" (measured from the ceiling to the bottom of the finial) * Diameter: 18 ½" shade tip to shade tip. A full mounting kit will be provided, so there will be nothing else to buy (except for your choice of light bulbs) before mounting this beauty. ANT-545 5 Light Chandelier from the Rayburn Series by Virden This is an Art Deco slip shade chandelier by Virden, circa 1934-36. It was his model 8035 from the Rayburn series, and was top the line, since they never made a 6 light version. The fixture itself was created by a mixture of metals...all blended and topped with an Old Gold finish. Very nice indeed. The amber embossed shades are really quite nice, as the detailed pictures show. Measurements: * OA Height: 26" * Diameter: 16 ½" Completely re-wired in our UL shop, this chandelier is ready to hang immediately upon arrival, and we will supply all the mounting hardware. Each of the five sockets is capable of up to 100 watts each. If using incandescent light bulbs, we recommend using no higher than 60 - 65 watts to protect the antique glass slip shades from excessive heat. ANT-547 Remarkable and Lovely Angelic Cupid Double Pendant This pendant has been rewired in our UL shop, and it is simply lovely. These angel/cupid pendant chandeliers come up every once in a while...some with glass shades...some with crystal drops, but rarely...with a Rococo frame containing an internal amber glass cylinder. In fact, it is the first one we have had like this. Makes powering this pendant up a pleasure, not having to look at a bare light bulb behind a few crystals. Rather a special case with a great result. This is a special fixture for more than one reason. We have never ceased to be amazed by the rendition of faces of cupids and angels when cast for lighting. Some look stern...some insipid, and others just plain unrealistic. We were pleased to look upon the face of this fixture. A really talented sculptor did this one with a resulting pleasant countenance. Measurements: * Width: 11 ½" * Height: 17" at present, but can be made longer by adding chain.
