A salvaged antique plank exterior door with attractive cast bronze hardware, dating from the 1920s. This heavy pine entry door was salvaged from a home in Indianapolis, IN, and features vertical wood planks. The door is adorned with pyramid studs and a beautiful trefoil thumb latch set, all pieces featuring their nicely aged patina. This door is in very good antique condition with the expected wear and a chip at the bottom of a plank on the exterior side, as pictured. The door measures 26-3/8" wide, 81" tall, and 1-5/8" thick. Impressive antique Oriental mantel with mirror, dating from the early 1900s and found in a home in St. Louis, MO. This fireplace mantel begins with a ridged kirizuma-style roof, moving down to a long shelf that overhangs the mirror. The mirror is flanked on either side by two shelves that converge below the mirror to form the substantial mantel shelf. The fireplace features a carved square-stud motif that can be found in panels throughout the mantel; its legs are accented with simple scrolling lines. This mantel is in very good antique condition, with the expected wear as pictured. This is a remarkable antique oak door, dating to the early 1900’s. A beautiful raised ogee arch surrounds the door's arched window and perches above a simple shelf. A scalloped skirt sits below and is accented with stylized pine-cone finials. The reclaimed door is in very good condition; it has been stained brown on its exterior side and is painted white on its interior. A stunning antique door hardware set with anthemion design by Yale, c. 1905. This brass entry set includes a set of glass doorknobs with the connecting spindle, a mortise lock with barrel bolt, exterior doorplate, and interior plate with thumb turn. Each plate is crowned with a palmette, surrounded by a simple volute detail. The set has a beautiful brass finish and is in excellent condition. The larger doorplate measures 9-3/4” tall by 2 1/2” wide; the smaller plate is 5-3/4” tall by 1-1/2” wide; The mortise lock faceplate measures at 7-3/4" tall by 1-1/8" wide, the mortise body measures 5-7/8" tall by 3-1/8" wide with a 2-1/2" backset. This is a beautiful antique American stained and leaded glass window, dating from the 1920’s and featuring an etched and painted design. The window's understated background of geometric and curving zinc-caned lines is accented with a border of vibrant green slag glass diamonds. The center of the window features a shield-shaped, etched and painted dual-layer pane adorned with a stylized water lily. Sun-purpled ripple and fluted glass panes surround the shield. The glass is in good condition with one cracked pane (as pictured) and the frame is in good antique condition with some chipped and peeling paint. The window measures 27-1/8” wide and 35-3/4” tall, with a frame 1 3/8” thick, and the glass measures 22-3/8” wide and 30-1/4” tall. NSG98-RW   « Less

Fairly modern ring, 18ct yellow gold mounted with an oval Ceylon type sapphire and two diamonds. Partial rub-over settings, 18ct yellow gold and rhodium plated white gold. The gold is stamped "18ct". The sapphire is oval mixed cut, approx. 7 mm by 5.2 mm by 3.4 mm, estimated at 1.04 carats. The valuation for this ring states that is appears eye clean, with good colour quality. The diamonds are round brilliant cut, approx. 2.7 mm each, estimated to total 0.14 carats, very good to good make, G-H colour and SI clarity. Face of ring measures 8 mm by 12 mm (5/16 inch by 1/2 inch). Total weight is 3.22g. Ring is in very good condition - very minor scuffs to band commensurate with use - could be polished by a jeweller if desired. Very attractive item, would make a lovely engagement ring. Ring size is English J (USA size 4.3/4) with an internal diameter of 15.6 mm. Valuation 2014 for new comparison value NZ$3500.00, and retail market value of NZ$2000.00.
