A remarkable antique Art Deco seven-light batwing slip shade chandelier with its original two-tone finish and polychrome accents. Dating from the 1930’s, the chandelier features five magnificent batwing slipper shades. The body of the chandelier has a gold-toned hue with accents of silver-tone streamlining. The bottom of the fixture finishes in a domed coordinating shade, with two lights inside allowing light to also diffuse through the bottom of the shade. A dangling geometric finial with floral accents is suspended from its center. The light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks the to the slipper shades, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The fixture measures approx. 20" wide and 18-1/2" tall and is 27" long overall. Delightful antique six arm silver-plated chandelier, c. 1910 and found in a home in St. Louis. This chandelier begins with an understated canopy, coming down in chain to a loop finial composed of volutes. Below, the urn-shaped upper body features a band of egg and art detailing, repeated again around the larger bowl-shaped lower body. Six S-shaped arms extend from the middle of the base and support streamlined bobeches. The silverplated fixture finishes in simple acorn finial. The light has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier measures approximately 23" wide, 17-3/4" tall, and 33-3/4" long overall. A marvelous pair of antique double doors, made of heart of pine and salvaged from a home in Philadelphia dating from the 1880's. The openings in the doors are crowned with a triangular pediment featuring a scrolling foliate design; columns flank either side of each door, and five carved panels complete the lower portion of each door. This door pair is painted brown on both sides and do not have glass, as pictured. The pair is in good antique condition with the expected wear as shown. A wonderful reclaimed antique door with beautifully carved details, dating from the late 19th century. The top of the door features a fleur-de-lis flanked by two scrolling foliates; Beneath the pane of beveled glass are two flowing ribbons that sit above four carved square panels. The door has fabulous chippy white paint on the exterior, and is painted grey on the interior. There is the expected wear to the door, as pictured. This salvaged door measures 31-1/4” wide, 77-1/4” tall, and 1-1/4” thick. NED205-RW   « Less
