A grand pair of antique arched double doors, dating from the 1820’s, in their original jamb. Salvaged from a house in Columbia, Tennessee , the house was designed by architect Nathan Vaughn and finished in 1823 for Major John Brown II, who named the house “Annoatuck,” an Indian word meaning “a windy hill.” The four paneled arched doors are supported by an arched jamb with a band of grooved detailing; each side of the surround features a substantial column with grooved lines. The set is in good antique condition and measures 60-3/4” wide and 104” tall overall. NED191-RW   « Less

Wonderful 5 light, clam shell shade, chandelier from the 1930's. The light has a mixed metal pewter and brass finish. The shades are simply fantastic. No damage at all, and have extremely rich colors. This light has a drop of a mere 14 inches, but it could also be lengthened by adding a little extra chain. It has a diameter of 18 1/2”. It was totally re-wired in our UL shop, with new sockets and new lead wire. Each slip shade socket can easily take a 100 watt bulb. We are also supplying the bracket (crossbar) for this light, so literally, you can hang this light and have it working minutes after receiving it. Really a nice light Price: $895.00 plus $50.00 for careful packing and shipping charges for addresses within the contiguous 48 states. Nice Glass "Near-Matched" Pair of Glass Lamps with a Daisy & Button-Styled Pattern Would describe these as very cute small bedside lamps, measuring 13 1/4" tall, with a 6" diameter shade. Very classy though in pattern and side lighting. The glass is in perfect condition, without chips or cracks. The glass shades have the exact same pattern, except one shade has a scalloped edge on the bottom, while the other is plainly finished. The brass bases are also in perfect condition, without dents or dings. These lamps were totally re-wired in our UL shop, with new sockets and new lead wire. The lamp harp, being a mere 4" in height, results in only a small nightlight bulb (7C7) being used. A neat solution for ambiance lighting in a bedroom or in corners. Price for the pair: $295.00 plus $35.00 for careful packing and ground shipping charges within the contiguous 48 states. Incredible antique boxed newel post with a pointed dome finial, dating from the early 1900s. The understated body of this box newel is crowned with a dome which features a beautifully carved foliate pattern; the repeating design is also found on a convex band around the newel's midsection. Directly below the midsection is a segment of grooved detailing. The newel is a stained brown wood and is in good antique condition with some chips and wear as shown. Stunning antique Neoclassical two-piece fireplace cover and surround, circa 1890’s. The cast iron surround features a beaded border with a hood protruding over the summer cover below. The insert features a wreath and ribbon crowning a slotted section. Below, a panel of pierced balusters tops a slotted panel with stylized garlands. This set is in very good antique condition with some rust as pictured. The overall height, including the surround, is 30-3/4”, and the overall width is 30-1/2”. Beautiful antique five-light chandelier, dating from the 1920’s, made of crystal and glass with spear prisms. The chandelier begins at the top with its original chrome canopy, coming down to a gleaming loop finial, which attaches to a scalloped crystal baluster and dome hung with sparkling prisms. The dome tops the chandelier’s magnificent cut crystal balustrade body. Five S-shaped glass arms support elegant scalloped bobeches ornamented with prisms. The body rests in an intricate crystal bowl, which is adorned with spear prisms and finished with a hand-cut faceted glass sphere. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks; It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. It measures 20-1/4” wide, 28” tall, and 38-1/2" long overall.   « Less

Gorgeous antique terracotta gate post caps salvaged from St. Louis and dating from the early 1900s.
