A fabulous antique Arts and Crafts entryway, including a 36” exterior door in the jamb, with a pair of sidelights and an arched transom. The entryway was salvaged from a 1920’s home in Nashville, Tennessee, at the corner of Battery Lane and Lealand Lane. The door has its original doorknocker, and features two vertical panels below a divided-light window in the upper portion, with a six-light side light on either side of the door. The entire entryway measures 74-3/4” wide and 113-1/2” tall. The door is 36” by 83-3/4” and the sidelights are 14” by 84”. A section of the door (probably where the mortise lock was originally) has been cut out and filled with a replacement piece of wood; this is not very noticeable since the door is painted, but may be visible if you decide to strip and stain the door. Salvaged from Des Moine, Iowa, the doors have crackled white paint on one side and a stained finish on the other. Three matching pairs of antique wooden corbels with aged white paint, dating from the late 19th Century. Salvaged from a home here in Nashville, Tennessee, each bracket has crackled white paint and features incised vine details on the sides. A zigzag border runs the length of the corbel, finishing in an orb-shaped finial. Each of the six corbels measures 12 to 12-3/4” tall (they vary slightly), 9-3/4” deep, and 4” wide.
