A beautiful antique Colonial Revival lantern with its original hand cut glass shade, c.1930. This one-light pendant starts with an understated canopy coming down to a simple loop finial. A cluster of foliated volutes sit atop four brass balusters encasing the original glass cylinder shade. The frosted glass cylinder has wheel-cut design of grape clusters and leaves. The light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. A hard to find set of four circa 1920-30 set of sconces, with great custard glass shades. The custard shades are in very good condition and seem to match the rounded decorative elements of the backplate quite well. The metal is finished in an antique hi/lo pewter look, and has some interesting decorative elements reflecting an Edwardian appeal.
Electrical: These sconces have been totally re-wired in our UL shop. Normal bakelite sockets for everyday medium base bulbs have been installed in each. The on/off rotary switch is mounted onto the backplate, which renewed an identical one by Leviton. The sconce mounts with one normal sconce mounting all thread to a normal electrical box from within the case. All mounting hardware will be supplied.
A very nice Set of FOUR American made sconces.
Measurements: 9 1/2†tall. The shade has a maximum diameter of 5 1/2â€, while the backplate measures 9 1/2†by 4 3/4†wide (at the widest point). These lights project into a room from the wall at 7â€.
For the complete, re-wired set of 4 sconces: $650.00 plus $25.00 for careful packing and shipping within the contiguous 48 states.

This is an unusual dormant warehouse scale in iron and brass by the Fairbanks company, circa 1910. It is listed in a 1913 Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co. Catalog (pictured), in which the reader is advised that the scale is "very sensitive and accurate and adapted to every warehouse and coal yard where heavy lifting is required." The scale is framed by two Doric columns composed of iron, which support a substantial wooden beam. Hanging from steel bearings connected to it's underside, the scale's components include a brass beam with sliding poises as well as stacked iron weights . Below, a secondary beam connects to each column and houses extra weights. It measures 64†long, 69-1/4†tall and approx. 9-1/2†wide.

Pair of cut glass "mushroom" lamps, 20th century, hung with a tandem set of spear prisms, with matching pierced galleries.
A hard to find pair of large lamps, circa 1950.
Electrical: These lamps have been totally re-wired in our UL shop. Normal sockets for everyday medium base bulbs were installed in each. The on/off switch is cord mounted, so you do not have to reach into the center of the lamp through the crystals to turn it off and on. A “clear†cord and switch color was chosen in keeping with the decorative decor of the glass. A new sealed polarized plug set is part of the clear wire/switch set.
Measurements: A great 26†tall. The shade has a maximum diameter of 12 1/2â€.
For the complete matching pair of re-wired cut glass table lamps, $1,850.00 plus $75.00 for careful packaging and shipping within the contiguous 48 states. These are going to take some VERY special and careful packaging and delivery. Not your ordinary run of the mill packaging job here.
