This is a pair of antique single-arm sconces with the original green polychrome, dating from the 1930's. A palmette adorns both the top and bottom of the backplate with scrolling volutes and foliate surrounding the perimeter. The backplate has a central motif with arched sides and a rosette in the center. A single arm extends from the base and holds a floral bobeche. These sconces are in excellent condition. The wall lamps have been professionally rewired, and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. These are 10-3/4†long, 4-1/2†wide and protrude 5†from the wall.

The fireplace features a scalloped shelf, beveled edges, raised panels, an arched opening and a center cartouche in the form of an oval. The mantel measures 48†wide, 42†tall, and 9-1/4†deep; the firebox opening is 19†wide and 27-1/2†tall at the arch's highest point.

This is a fabulous pair of mid-century modern slip-shade sconces with flashed white glass and nickel-plating. Each light fixture has an understated round backplate with a nickel-plated lattice slip-in shade holder. The rectangular slipper shades taper from top to bottom and feature geometric raised lines. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with working switches; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 10-7/8†tall, 4-7/8†wide, and project 5†from the wall.

This is a beautiful antique cast bronze double pocket door set manufactured by Hopkins & Dickinson Mfg Co., patent dated November 11, 1884, and designed for a pair of double doors. The set features four cast bronze plates, ornamented with symmetrical floral and foliate motifs throughout. The locks feature bronze faceplates that maintain the floral and leaf detail. The doorplates are in excellent condition; the locks are in very good antique condition. This set includes a matching key. The plates measure 1-7/8" wide, 4-3/4" tall, and 7/16" deep overall; the locks have a 3" backset, and the faceplate is 6-7/8" tall by 1" wide, and the box portion of each lock is 5" tall.

A wonderful antique cast iron arched three-piece fireplace cover and surround, dating from the early 1900’s. It features a large oval medallion design in the center, with a background of pierced rosettes and lattice work, surrounded by stylized fleur-de-lis and foliate motifs . The summer cover is bordered with a series of arched bevels, and the surround features a matching beveled band. This summer cover is in very good condition with a painted finish. This set is in very good antique condition with some rust. The overall height, including the surround, is 32-1/4â€, and the overall width is 29-5/8â€. The insert (without the surround) is 22†wide and 28 3/4†tall.
