This is an outstanding antique four-light cast iron chandelier, c. 1900, with crest ornamentation on a hammered cast iron body. The chandelier begins with a hammered canopy that tapers to a conical finial. Four rods with baluster detail descend from the canopy and connect to a cast pan shaped body. An acorn finial sits atop the body featuring four crests between undulating arms connected to hammered leafy shade holders. The chandelier has been fitted with gold iridescent, hand-blown tulip shades. An understated rounded finial caps the bottom of the body. This chandelier is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The shades are also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. The fixture measures 16-/2"tall, 16" wide, and 40" in overall length. NC1492-RW   « Less

This is a fabulous antique five-light Spanish Revival chandelier, made of iron and brass and dating from the 1920’s. The canopy features a scrolling foliate motif connecting a chain to the fixture that begins with a beautifully cast loop finial flanked by florets on twisted stems. A baluster with stylized leaf detail runs down the center of the chandelier, surrounded by iron bands fastened with florets. The bands are connected by five ornamental brass pieces featuring stylized foliate detail, twists, and a fleur-de-lis at each corner. Below, the bands flare out into chandelier arms, each with a sleek brass bobeche finished below with a foliate finial. The chandelier finishes in a charming finial ornamented with a flower and leaves, with a twisted border on either side. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This is a wonderful antique Neoclassical three-light inverted dome chandelier with a beautiful opaline shade. Dating from the early 1900’s, the chandelier features an understated bronze canopy, which comes down to three hooks ornamented with a leaf pattern. A chain extends from each hook to the opaline shade. Each chain is fastened to the shade with a volute handle and bronze floret. The shade features urns connected by garlands with roses and gadrooned detailing at the bottom. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the edge. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The shade is 16"in diameter and approx. 6-1/4” tall, and the fixture is approx. 35” long overall. NC1497-RW   « Less
