Vintage evening purse, silver mesh with crystals along the top frame and clasp. Silver metal snake chain handle. Cream silk lining. Bag measures 14 cm high by 21 cm wide (5.1/2 inches by 8.1/4 inches). The lining has some stains, and needs a stitch or two of the lining to the frame, but quite usable as is. Circa 1960s. Maker's tag has no name, but says: Made in West Germany.   « Less

This light features an unusual two-part prismatic shade connected by decorative clips. The lower diffuser is removable to facilitate changing the bulb and has the word "aisle" imprinted into it. This holophane semi-flush mount fixture is in good condition, with a few minor chips in the glass (pictured). Beautiful antique Neoclassical pendant lights with original milk glass shades, c. 1910. These chandeliers came from a home in St. Louis and they retain their original, nicely aged silver plated finish. This fixture begins with a silver plated canopy that comes down in a chain to a magnificent tassel finial. The milk glass shade features stylized columns topped with ionic capitals that are connected with sweeping wreaths. The motif encircles the entirety of the pendant and sits atop a band of gadrooned detailing. Featured at the bottom of the fixture is a delicate tassel finial, which emulates the top of the pendant. The pendant light is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected flea bites around the rim. This light fixture has been professionally rewired and it comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. Featuring original arrow prisms, this 1930s light fixture begins with a simple canopy coming down in a chain to a fluted finial with four sparkling prisms. Below, the tiered chandelier is topped with a curved glass dome, and is finished at the bottom in a large, faceted crystal ball. The light is in excellent condition. A wonderful antique Adam style pendant light with its original etched glass shade, found in a Nashville commercial building and dating from the early 1900’s. The fixture features a brass canopy with acanthus leaf design moving down in chain to a decorative loop finial. Below is a baluster shaped upper body with high relief foliage. A simple fitter supports the original glass drum shade with etched details. The unusually large shade features a geometric border with urns and swags of scrolling foliage; the underside has a concentric medallion design visible from below. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the rim. A stunning antique Art Deco three-light chandelier from the 1930's with its original darkened nickel and brass finish. The fixture is suspended from an understated brass canopy by a nickel chain that holds a feathered finial. Beginning with the stylized feathered tail, the chandelier's body resembles an arrow, culminating in a tapered arrowhead at the bottom of the fixture. The middle of the body is made up of three vertical rods that curve out and up to support brass bobeches with baluster finials. This chandelier is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation.
