Pair of antique / vintage Art Deco period and, geometric designed, onyx, yellow gold and diamond earrings. Made early 20th century, English or French. Measure a little under 1/2 an inch accross. Weigh 10.5gram together. Hexagonal shaped with radiating bars from a central gold circle set with a cabochon onyx stone, rising high out of the gold setting and containing a diamond in the center.Backs have firm Omega clips. A floral pad on the back is embossed with ''9CT GOLD''. Very good, original condition. Dating to earlier in the 20th century. Stunning ring made of 14 Karat gold and set with diamonds. Delicate Gold background is woven. The borders are raised and wavy on either side with small diamonds set on these ''ridges''. WIthin this raised border is a flower made entirely of diamonds. 7 diamonds in all: a larger one in the center and 6 smaller ones surrounding it. It appears that the ring was enlarged to fit a bigger finger which resulted in erasing the gold stamp. However, I fully guarantee that the ring is exactly as described. It looks wonderful on the finger and is the perfect gift to yourelf or the one you love. Authentic antique Chinese Kingfisher feather, silver and gilt silver hair jewelry ornament, set with hardstone / amber. Well over 100 years old. Measures 6 inches long Beautifully crafted hair ornament made of silver and gold washed silver and then set with the vibrant turquoise feathers of the Chinese kingfisher bird. A beautiful arrangement of flowers - peonies, irises, set with hardstone/amber (we do not know what it is, but it glistens beautifully in the light). The back with it''s gold washed surface is almost more beautiful than the front. Condition is very good considering the delicacy of this item. There are naturally some losses to the feather, but less than one would expect, and two small stones are missing. The craze for kingfisher jewellery and hair ornaments is supposed to have threatened these little birds almost to extinction during the 19th century. Authentic antique Chinese Kingfisher feather, hardstone/amber, pearls, silver and gilt silver en tremblant hair jewelry ornament. Well over 100 years old. Measures 5 inches long. Beautifully crafted hair ornament made of silver and gold washed silver and then set with the vibrant turquoise feathers of the Chinese kingfisher bird and highlighted with red stones (hardstones or amber or Peking glass) and pearls. A wonderful floral arrangement, including papyrus flowers, iris, waterlilies are arranged in a Chinese urn/vase, set with a large oval red stone. (looks like amber, but we are not sure). A pair of twisted gold washed bars support a dragonfly, perched en tremblant with long feelers ending in pearls that quiver and shake as the wearer moves (or even in the slightest breeze). The dragonfly perches on little wires, so it is in a different plane to the rest of the piece, making it a fully 3-dimentional item. Another flower set with a stone above this. The ornament ends with 3 small flowers, each with a gilded center and finally, the little spoon-like terminal, not used for scooping up snuff, but for cleaning the ears. The beautiful workmanship can be seen also at the back, which glows gently from the antique gold. Condition is very good considering the delicacy of this item. Vintage hallmarked signed 14 carat yellow gold ladies ring set with a huge blue topaz. Ring believed to date to first half of the 20th century - circa 1940''s. Size 7 (US). Stone is 2cm long. RIng set in filigree frame with scalloped border, echoing the form of a flower, with the stone rising from the middle. Very large stone with great blue colour and glinting shine - the facets capturing and reflecting the light beautifully. Hallmarked 14K and engraved makers signature. Very good condition. Hallmarked 14K and with engraved CI, which could be the maker''s initials. We are not gemeologists, but stone appears to be of a high quality. Came from collection of a 93-year-old lady. Discovered in 1902 in California, kunzite was named as a tribute to George Kunz, legendary gemologist and renowned gem expert for Tiffany & Co. Antique Opal and mine cut diamonds set in gold ring. We think this is Edwardian , but it could date to the Art Nouveau or Deco period. Size 5 3/4 (for a thin finger). Beautifully set ring, the superior workmanship and choice of stones typical of the Edwardian super fine quality. Elegant, long thin ring with a gorgeously coloured opal in the center. The colour is blue-green, not very dark, but with fabulous light and fire within. Changes colour and seems to iridesce or light up with every movement. Surrounded by a border of old mine cut diamonds. Set in gold (we believe to be 18K, but certainly at least 14K). No hallmarks to be seen as is typical of antique jewellery. Very good condition. Judaica : Silver snuff / jewelry box made in Imperial Russia, 1897, with Star of David and engraved Hebrew dedication. Measures 3 1/4 inches long; 1 1/2 inches wide and 1 13/16 inch high. Weighs 143.4g Rectangular box with long, elegant thumbpiece. Surface has feather / foliate engraved decoration with foliate corners and X''s front and back. Good long hinges join lid to bottom. Bottom of box is marked inside with Russian hallmarks A.C over 1897 ; 84 for Russian silver standard and maker: IP which might be for Fedor Ruckert who worked for Faberge in Moscow.(we are not Russian specialists, so draw your own conclusions). The outside of the lid has a double walled circle with double-walled engraving of a Star of David. Inside, in engraved letters are the words in Hebrew L''ESTHER DAVID ie dedicated to Esther David. While boxes of this shape are normally referred to as snuff boxes, the dedication on the lid, to a woman, indicates that it might have been used for trinkets or jewellery. Condition is good. Minor signs of age, concommitant with the age of the item, but no damage/restoration. Total weight is 8.3g Earrings loop up the ear like a small stem with a pair of leaves at the end. Encircled by a ribbon of diamonds. Between the ''leaves'' is a diamond supsended from a pearl, like a flower. Beautiful workmanship and quality - see backs and details of screws. Both earrings have engraved signed marks: 950 Palladium on one side and TIFFANY & CO with tiny numbers 1274. Condition is excellent. No damage/repairs of any sort.
