One of Haegar's most innovative designs, this Brown Earth Graphic Wrap vase has an organic form with slender neck in deep mocha glaze sliding into the bulbous base decorated with crackled matte glazes in earth tones. The vase is fully marked Royal Haegar (the studio's premiere line) on the underside. An enduring design and scheme for mid-century and modern decor. Great condition--no chips, cracks or repairs--on this high unusual antique French faience plate. As shown, this plate depicts William the Conquerer, the first Norman King of England. The plate is entirely hand-painted with a central image of William on horseback with a long spear and shield. He is accompanied by a man in similar attire. In addition, the elaborate border features geometric banding, filigree and eight eight birds symmetrically flanking floral garland. Please pardon the flash on the bottom right of the plate. This plate measures 9 1/4" in diameter and, again, is in great condition. There is all-over crazing as would be expected of a 100+ year-old piece. An unusual and scarce piece for your collection. Complete, 5-piece vintage 1950's carved celluloid Featherlite jewelry set. Dimensions: The necklace measures 17 1/2" long and has a copper clasp. The bracelet is on a clasp hinge and has a diameter of 2 1/2". The earrings (one pair counting as one piece) are 1 7/8" long and have their original backs. The ring is a size 6, though it can expand a bit. Much of the gilding on the side is worn. The shawl clips measure 8" long and the back of each clip is marked PAT 2663761 which dates the set to 1954. We do not find any damage to any of the pieces. They are old and show that age, but no chips, cracks or repairs.   « Less

This biscuit jar has its original quadruple silver-plated lid and handle with high-relief flower blossoms and beading. The interior of the cover is stamped with: VANBERCH SILVERPLATE CO. QUADRUPLE PLATE ROCHESTER, N.Y. 3105. A quality, clean example for your collection. This biscuit jar measures 5 ½” wide by 10 ½” tall (includes handle). As shown, this lamp a ribbed melon font with wide pedestal base that features beading (quite unusual) along the bottom edge. The solid brass burner is all-original with a great patina and no damage. The wick turner works easily. The burner has no markings whatsoever. The shade is original and also free of damage, matching the milk glass font perfectly. A very nice example for your collection. Mint condition—no chips, cracks or repairs—on this antique Victorian Egyptian Revival solid brass desk tray. This tray has three circular low wells, most likely for covered jars and stands on four feet. The Egypitan Ram God Khnum is featured in high-relief on both handle ends in a striking face-forward pose. Again, great condition on this late 19th century piece. There are a couple small pits from the years, but these are minor and could be polished/buffed if desired. Again, they are minor. An excellent and unusual period example of Victorian Egyptian Revival. Dimensions: 5 ½” by 13 ½” long.   « Less
