This is a fabulous antique cast iron fireplace cover, dating from the late 19th Century. The summer cover is ornamented with a palmette surrounded by a wreath. Above the palmette is a floral garland; below is a pair of crossed olive branches, symbolizing peace. This summer cover is in very good antique condition with an aged finish. This is a fabulous pair of antique single-arm Spanish Revival sconces, dating from the 1920’s and retaining their original polychrome finish. The sconces feature a hammered backplate crowned with volutes and flowing foliate detail. Below, the sconce arm ends in a bold foliate design with red and turquoise flowers. Above the leaf design, the arm is accented with a quatrefoil, supporting a cutout bobeche with red leaves. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. This is an elegant antique Art Nouveau five-light iron chandelier, dating from the 1920’s, in its original polychrome finish. The chandelier begins with a leaf-and-dart canopy, coming down in a chain to a trefoil loop formed of volutes. Below, the chandelier body is formed of flowing Art Nouveau leaves with red berries and touches of green. The five arms each support a charming cutout bobeche with a scalloped edge. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This is a handsome antique Tudor five-light chandelier, dating from the 1920’s. The chandelier begins with a bold, geometric loop finial with twisted sides. Below, the chandelier body forms an unusual conical shape, with fleur-de-lis accents and a wide band of foliate detail around the bottom. The chandelier arms extend from the bottom of the chandelier body; each supports a gadrooned bobeche with a scalloped edge. This chandelier would be a striking addition to any Tudor, Spanish Revival, or Gothic Revival décor. This is a wonderful antique Spanish Revival three-light pendant, dating from the 1920’s and featuring a crest motif. The chandelier begins with a hammered brass trefoil loop, with an ornamented rod supporting a trio of simple bobeches. Three curled bands descend from the trefoil to form a lantern-style body, intersecting with a wide circular band at the bottom, ornamented with polychrome brass crests. The pendant finishes in a brass trefoil finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. These are two wonderful antique doorknob sets, in P. & F. Corbin’s “Lorraine” pattern, with their matching back plates. Circa 1905, the back plates feature an anthemion at the top and the bottom, surrounded by volutes and intricate foliate detail. The door knobs feature a looped border intertwined with leaves. These sets are in excellent condition with a beautiful patina. The plates are 2 ¼” wide and 8 ½” tall, and the doorknobs are 2 ¼” wide and approx. 2” deep.
