Crystal decanter still in its original box, maker is Wedgwood Crystal and the pattern is Marcel. Spirit or wine decanter. Box is marked "Handmade in England in 24% Lead Crystal. Designed by Frank Thrower". Also marked "Optic" which may be why although the decanter is round to the touch, there is an optical pattern somehow which makes it appear 12 sided. Inverted pontil mark underneath (ground). Excellent condition, obviously never used. Would date from the 1980s. Item measures 33 cm high and 8.3 cm diameter (13 inches by 3.1/2 inches).
