It is a vintage/mid century regency floor lamp made of lucite, black enamel, and brass. Has a brass torcherie at top. On base says Bauer Lamp Co Inc and light bulb Clearlite by Bauer and style Karl Springer. With a Relco Milano Italy dimmer. Made early 1980s.
