This chandelier ceiling light has a brass base and on the inside at the top has fancy cut out designs that fits up to the ceiling. This light is electric. This attached ceiling base follows down like a rounded tube and pipes up to a crown with a ribbed frosted glass shade their is (4) that circles around. The round band of etched frosted glass measuring 3" high X length 13 1/2" and sets on (4) flat arms that holds the band in place above the (4) ribbed glass shades. Very detailed and intricate designed.
