Vintage Hermes sterling silver pill box in the form of a purse / handbag. Made in England. Measures a little over 1 3/4 inches in length and weighs 39 grams. Silver pill box in the form of a ladies handbag - highly appropriate for Hermes. Decoration in the front is actually the ''thumbpiece'' used to pull the box open. Back and bottom have classic handbag finish. Underneath has engraved hallmarks:HERMES PARIS BDL in a lozenge and 925 (for sterling silver) in a lozenge and finally, MADE IN ENGLAND. Good condition.
