Mother of pearl, brass Parisian Opera binocular, in charming champagne colors. A French style, glass, with Mother of Pearl barrels and eye rings, is functional, with Monograms, costume crafted, scripted, incised marks, numbers, letters. from collection of Artist Leonard Scheu in Southern California, Laguna beach, appears that it was a gift to his beloved sweetheart. the monograms indicates, w.j.h.& j.L. to A.K. H. also on the rings printed Sacramento. The Brass is visibly discolored, and has impressive patina, with loose black ring interior of barrel, and few scratches. Functional lever white plastic ring for expansion and closing is in perfect shape. 3" x 4" x 3.5".
