Walking stick - more of a cane really, as not strong enough to take full weight. Unusual handle, separate piece of wood, with a carved buckle at the join. Poker-work "stitching" to either side of the top seam. There is split below the handle on the stem, making the stem a little loose - which could be repaired. Brass cap on end. Cane measures 91 cm long, and the stem is 2 cm diameter, tapering down to 1.7 cm diameter. Apart from the split (about 4 cm long), condition is sound - normal scuffing and age wear to handle.
