my two cents when looked at this attractive old patina metal level. a great decor for book, a paperweight, desk decor. it weights , used to be accessory to carpenters. rustic , industrial, juxtaposition. measuring 4.5" x 3.5" and it comes with glass bubble. it could be with ruler or without. a decor display probably from 1920's. infinity design possibilities !
