Antique Country painted outside book scraper c1850. This antique American cast iron boot scraper retains its original lovely red paint.Measures 13 and one half inches long by 10 and one half inches wide by 6 and one half inches wide. Boot scrapers were and are still used outside to the front and back doors of house so guests can scrap off an dirt or grime before coming into the house.
