Very cool tortoise shell patch or snuff box with mother of pearl flowers inlaid between the entwined sterling overlay. Finely detailed and a very rare example. I don't remember ever seeing another one like this one. About 4'' across and a very rare 18th / 19th Century snuff box. Circa 1800.
