Vesta case or match safe: USA, with front engraved with pretty design o flowers among foliage. Black shield to engrave your initials. Plain rear. Striker panel at the bottom. Spring to lid is still working well. Vase has a suspension loop. Item measures 4.9 cm by 3.5 cm and 1.2 cm thick. It has some minor usage dents (two on one side only) and a shallow thumb depression on the front. The rear has a small imperfection in the plating. Over all, very good condition, just normal age and usage wear. It would date late 1800s to early 1900s.
