This item has been SOLD. This fine quality, sterling grade cigarette case is an example of the Deco influence on late Imperial style. The classic Deco motif etched on the face is complimented by the elegant form. The thumb is an oval ruby color cabochon, The gilt interior is in very good condition showing light wear from use. Each side of the interior case bears an assayers mark and the 84 Zolotnik stamp. The exterior shows light abrasions from use. Size 3.35: x 4.25". C 1910.
