Victorian Meerschaum pipe in its original red velvet-lined case. The bowl is made in the shape of an eagle's or falcon's claw, complete with scaly skin. The curved stem is amber. Small pipe, possibly a woman's pipe. It measures 10.2 cm long in total (4 inches). The bowl is 3 cm high by 2.6 cm diameter (1.3/16 inch by 1 inch). Has been well-smoked but is in excellent original condition.
