A nice solid silver vesta case, made in Birmingham in 1911 by Joseph Gloster. It is stamped with 'J G Limited', an anchor for Birmingham, a lion for solid silver and an M for 1911. It measures 43mm tall, 40mm wide (not including thering)andapproximately 10mm deep. The lid has a very strong spring and shuts very positively. There is a couple of marks consumerate with age as it has been carried in someone's pocket, but overall it is in very good condition. A lovely vesta case that anyone would love to have in their collection.
