VERY UNIQUE AND RARE ART DECO CIGAR LIGHTER... The lighter has ORIGINAL paint over pot metal, and it plugs into the wall. The lighter is in very nice condition, but the paint has worn off a bit in areas. Also, the cord has freyed a bit in spots. A GREAT HARD TO FIND ITEM in this condition!!
