Top is inlaid with silver, enhanced with engraved detail, depicting a cow in a fenced meadow. Strong Chinese influence seen in the fence with stylised flowers and simplified trees. This theme was common in late 18th - early 19th century.Generally excellent condition except for one small section of missing silver - barely noticeable unless you look for it.
